We are searching for someone to handle our email customer support, act in a supporting role for our shipping and receiving department, assist with office cleaning and organization, and grow with the company as we expand and hire more team members.
Remote work is not available for this position.
Applicants must either be local or 100% willing to relocate.
This is a long-term career position with room for growth.
Responsibilities:
Professional email customer support Shipping and product fulfillment for general merchandise Shipment intake (folding, packaging, counting, organizing, etc) Office & warehouse cleaning Shipping software utilization / computer use Product inspections

Requirements /
Experience:
Strong written communication skills (Being able to clearly, professionally, and concisely answer all questions asked) Proficiency with computers, including fast typing abilities and knowledge of general web-based software Experience with written customer support, including proper email structure, and email etiquette (Addressing the recipient by name, providing direct answers to direct questions, etc) Understanding of grammar and spelling Logical reasoning and critical thinking abilities Strong attention to detail Stress management, able to handle criticism and learn from mistakes We are hyper focused on quality, and prefer to keep our team small and lean.
Each new team member must be efficient and focused, and hold themselves to a high standard.
Team members who join SquareShark now are entering into foundation positions, meaning that you may be solely responsible for an entire department, or part of a select few who handle certain tasks.
