Responsibilities:
Answer the telephone and address inquires.
Address concerns over the quality of products and services.
Handle requests for repairs and maintenance to products and equipment.
Assist in receiving, unpacking, and stocking inventory.
Calculate sales tax; process cash transactions; count currency, coins, and checks.
Manage cash in registers and make bank deposits; transfer funds between accounts; prepare checks for payment.
