The ideal candidate is a quick learner, multi-tasker, and is a self-motivated team player who has excellent customer service skills.
This individual will be responsible for medical records, checking patients in and out, obtaining paperwork and insurance information, scheduling appointments, referring patients to other facilities, and answering a multi-line phone system, along with other assigned tasks/duties.
While medical office experience is not required, experience is preferred.
Intermediate computer skills are required.
Bilingual is a plus! Requirements:
Strong administrative and organizational skills High School diploma/ GED Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Allscripts EMR, Phreesia and Epic are a plus Ability to multitask and also maintain strong attention to detail Compassionate and patient Professional demeanor Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
