Greeting all guests with a warm welcome Have menu knowledge of all wiches Prep, clean and cut vegetables Stock back-up dressings Weigh, pan, and date label all products Maintain product standards Restock station supplies as needed, including reach-in.
Assist in receiving, verifying, and rotating product deliveries (FIFO) Use recipes and production tools Ensure order is correct and sides/accompaniments are included Call out each sandwich order by guest name Perform any other duties as required Safety and Sanitation:
Maintain a clean and sanitized area behind the line and in dining room Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes to sanitation standard Must be able to lift over head up to 15lbs Frequently lifting 15 lbs and occasionally 25lbs Pay:
